German Beer Cheese Dip

  1. In a medium saucepan heat the beer with garlic to a simmer.
  2. Lower the heat and whisk in the softened cream cheese to melt.
  3. Whisking constantly stream in milk and heavy cream, Worcestershire, mustard, onion powder until smooth.
  4. In 4 additions ad remaining cheeses, whisk smooth. Season to taste.
  5. Pour dip into a warm bowl, reserve warm.
  6. Bake: Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
  7. To Serve: Arrange Rockenwagner Soft Pretzel Bites on baking sheet tray.
  8. Bake for 4-6 minutes – toasty!
  9. Dip warm bites into dressing! Enjoy!
