German Beer Cheese Dip
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan heat the beer with garlic to a simmer.
- Lower the heat and whisk in the softened cream cheese to melt.
- Whisking constantly stream in milk and heavy cream, Worcestershire, mustard, onion powder until smooth.
- In 4 additions ad remaining cheeses, whisk smooth. Season to taste.
- Pour dip into a warm bowl, reserve warm.
- Bake: Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
- To Serve: Arrange Rockenwagner Soft Pretzel Bites on baking sheet tray.
- Bake for 4-6 minutes – toasty!
- Dip warm bites into dressing! Enjoy!
