Peanut Butter Dip
This versatile recipe can be a dip of filing for healthy mini sandwiches that the kids will love!
- 24 ea Rockenwagner Soft Pretzel Bites
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 ea Apples
- ¼ cup Crushed Roasted Peanuts
- In a bowl combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Spoon into bowl.
- Serve with warm Soft Pretzel Bites
Variation: Split the Buns – toast and fill the buns with peanut butter dip garnish with apples or favorite jam!
