A perfect and easy dinner party appetizer or snack during game day watching featuring a creamy, salty, cheesy and robust dip that everyone will want to double dip!

Using Röckenwagner One or Two Bite Pretzel Buns

Ingredients

  • Röckenwagner One or Two Bite Pretzel Buns
  • Beer Cheese Dip*

Beer Cheese Dip recipe*:

  • 2 Tbps Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2/3 cup Beer
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire Sause
  • ½ tsps. Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsps. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsps. Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tspsp Salt
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Grate 2 cups of cheddar cheese and set aside.
  2. Melt butter on the stove, add flour once melted and then whisk in milk until combined.
  3. Lastly, whisk in the rest of the ingredient until smooth and creamy. Once combined, you are done! A quick and simple easy recipe. The sauce is thin but will thicken when off the stove after a few minutes. Serve a bowl with Röckenwagner One or Two Bite Pretzel Buns, enjoy!
