The flavor of these little treasures are



  1. Prepared buns.
  2. Brush split buns with butter.
  3. In a skillet over a medium heat place the buttered buns and cook until toasted.
  4. Remove from the pan, on a serving tray.
  5. In the same pan sear the burgers on each side to desired temperature
  6. Top each mini burger with cheese. Place the lid on the pan for 1 minute.
  7. Place each burger on the prepared bottom bun.
  8. Top with a caramelized onion.
