2 Tbps Butter
3 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
2/3 cup Beer
2 tsps Worcestershire Sause
½ tsps. Dijon Mustard
½ tsps. Garlic Powder
½ tsps. Smoked Paprika
¼ tspsp Salt
2 cup Cheddar Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Grate 2 cups of cheddar cheese and set aside.
Melt butter on the stove, add flour once melted and then whisk in milk until combined.
