This versatile recipe can be a dip of filing for healthy mini sandwiches that the kids will love!


  • 24 ea Rockenwagner Soft Pretzel Bites
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract


  • 2 ea Apples
  • ¼ cup Crushed Roasted Peanuts


  1. In a bowl combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
  2. Spoon into bowl.
  3. Serve with warm Soft Pretzel Bites

Variation: Split the Buns – toast and fill the buns with peanut butter dip garnish with apples or favorite jam!
